Objectives of the Proposal :
-
To
provide viable mathematical framework to analyse and comprehend efficient
novel methodologies in technological processeses.
-
To
design appropriate mathematical software for industrial problems supplemented
with Courseware and Teachware.
-
To
establish computer aided instructional environment equipped with a software
library developed in-house.
-
To
train scientists and engineers in the realm of industrial mathematics for
technical competence and human resource development.
-
To
develop a Network of Industrial Mathematicians for collaborating with local
industrial units on a continuing basis.
-
To
create an FTP site for public domain numerical software packages to function
as a mirror site of similar centres in the world.
