Computation of approximate eigenvalues, eigenvectors and spectral subspaces
for large full matrices, integral operators and differential operators;
efficient algorithms for numerical experiments and their stability.
Linear Algebra:
Error bounds for eigenvalues, matrix formulation of operator
equations, condition numbers of a basis.
