I am an Assistant Professor in the Mathematics department at the
Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay .
Research Areas: :
- Integrable Systems and its interactions with Algebraic Geometry.
- Currently, I am also working on Algebraic Geometric Coding theory:
Codes associated with Schubert varieties, Grassmannians, Symplectic Grassmannians, and
G/P's in general --- Spectrum, Higher weights and automorphisms.
Goppa codes from Hyperelliptic curves.
MDS-codes and arcs in Galois geometries
- Lie groups, differential topology and geometry.
