The main reference is "A Concise Introduction to The Theory of Numbers" by Alan Baker. The main content of the course is chapters 1,3,4,5,6 of Baker's text.
There are also these notes, which follow Baker, but are more detailed.
Those who want to try more exercises may also check Niven and Zuckerman's text.
There will be a 15 minute announced quiz every week. The weightage of the quizzes, presentations, etc will be 40% and the mid sem and end sem exams will contribute 30% each.
