This semester I am teaching Communication Skills. This is a 6 credit course with a Pass/Fail grade.
Typically this course is taken by mathematics graduate students in their first year. In the present time and age, when people
are working together in groups like never before, the importance of good communication
skills ought to be obvious to all. Therefore, all are welcome to be part of this course (no auditing will be allowed).

Classes have been scheduled on Mondays and
Thursdays from 3.30pm to 5pm. These can be changed depending on the convenience of everyone.
One of the texts we shall follow is Part II of this book.
We will also try to look at the subject matter from a more holistic point of view.
