Title: Instant Evaluaton of ζ(n) and L(n,χ) without Bernoulii Numbers

Abstract: The Hurwitz zeta function ζ(s, α) is a natural generalization of the well-known Riemann zeta function ζ(s). We show that ζ(s, α) is a polynomial in α, when s is a non-positive integer. On using functional eqations, this results in the evaluation of ζ and L-functions at positive integers.
