**Title:** Instant Evaluaton of *ζ(n)* and *L(n,χ)* without Bernoulii Numbers

**Abstract:** The Hurwitz zeta function *ζ(s, α)* is a natural generalization of the well-known Riemann zeta function *ζ(s)*. We show that *ζ(s, α)* is a polynomial in *α*, when *s* is a non-positive integer. On using functional eqations, this results in the evaluation of *ζ* and *L*-functions at positive integers.
