Title: Precise conjectures on non-vanishing of quadratic twists of L-functions modulo a prime

Abstract: This will be a description of precise conjectures (due mostly to K. Prasanna) about the p-adic valuation of quadratic twisted L-functions at the centre of the critical strip, and an approach we propose to prove them, based on work of Wei Zhang.
