Title: Introduction to Non-Commutative Geometry (NCG) via examples

Abstract: Some geometric properties of a few simple spaces are encoded into properties of the commutative algebra of functions over such spaces and these are then used to study "geometric quantities" of some non-commutative algebras, which are to be thought of non-commutative spaces. We end with some of the ideas from Connes formulation of NCG.
