Title: The Twin Prime Problem (after Yitang Zhang)

Abstract: Recently, Yitang Zhang made a breakthrough in the long standing twin-prime problem by showing that there are infinitely many pairs of distinct primes (p,q) with |p-q| < 70 million. We will outline the basic ideas of his proof.
