Title: Some new upper bounds on binary code size

Abstract: We discuss the paper of Gijswijt, Mittelmann, and Schrijver giving new upper bounds on binary code size. This involves explicit block diagonalization of the commutant of the hyperoctahedral group action on pairs of subsets. This is reduced to explicit block diagonalization of the commutant of the symmetric group action on subsets (which we have already seen) using some elementary multilinear algebra.
