Title: A systematic local encoder for Grassmann codes and related codes.

Abstract: We continue the talk on encoding Grassmann codes and Schubert union codes using an encoding function of a shorter, simpler code. In this talk we shall prove how Grassmann codes and other codes are Tanner codes derived from the lines of the Grassmannian and prove how this allows for a systematic, local encoder with a doubly extended Reed-Solomon code.
