Title: Integrability of Lie Brackets

Abstract: Lie groupoids and Lie algebroids are geometric objects which extend the notions of Lie groups and Lie algebras. Sophus Lie's famous Third Theorem stating that every Lie algebra arises from a Lie group is not valid in this more general context. In this talk I will discuss this problem and its solution.
