Title: Representations of symmetric groups - II

Abstract: In this lecture series, we intend to understand the representations of symmetric groups over complex numbers. We will assume basic definitions and concepts of representation theory but nothing about Young diagrams/ tableaux.
This is the second lecture in the series in which we will study the Frobenius character formula.
