Emphasis will be on solving problems from above mentioned texts. Exams like GATE, CSIR-UGC JRF feature some questions from this course, all of which can be answered; and answers are likely to be correct all the time!
The course consists of 3 different topics: Integral equations, Calculus of Variations, Asymyptotic expansions in the ratio 2:2:1 roughly. |
