Clare wrote her M.Sc. dissertation on Determinantal Varieties and
Young Tableaux,
which was completed in 1991. Subsequently, she continued her study at the
Department of Mathematics,
IIT Bombay,
and went on to do a Ph.D. in
Commutative Algebra under the supervision of Prof. J. K. Verma.
Currently, she is a Fellow at the Chennai Mathematical Institute.
