Tambe wrote his M.Sc. dissertation on Algebraic Numbers and Class
Fields, which was completed in 1992. Subsequently, he taught
for some years at college level. Currently, he is doing a Ph.D. in
Number Theory at the University of Mumbai
under the supervision of
Prof. P. A. Shastri.
